The Division of Finance and Administration is to function as an effective conduit for the planning, securing and expenditure of the necessary operating and capital resources to achieve the wider mission and strategic plan of the University. Further, the Division provides a variety of administrative, business and financial support services to assist faculty and staff in the delivery of the best living/learning environment possible.

The Finance and Administration Division will be viewed as a progressive, creative, and efficient organization that is known for supporting the University in the efficient determination and allocation of the requisite resources, instituting and monitoring proper accountability measures, effectively communicating with University constituents, at all levels, and significantly contributing to the delivery of exceptional customer service.
